Pale Musings

Thoughts from a mind twisted by tech and sports

Development Cycle – Addendum

In my recent discussion about our development cycle, I touched only briefly only the concept of prioritizing bugs and features. In truty, that part of the process deserves it’s own article, and there are many available. Today I ran accross one at Jeff’s site entitled Not All Bugs Are Worth Fixing.

I must hand it to Jeff for putting together a lot of the thoughts that are jumbled around in my head. He also references some great resources including My Life as a Code Economist which I have blogged about before. If you had any interest in my first post or if you are simply a member of a development team (engineer, tester, manager, etc…) this is a worthwhile read.
