I agree Andre.  I think that the duplicate content portion of the algorithm is skewing the results.
Perhaps a better test would be to host the pages on different domains, although it is my understanding that Google checks for that sort of thing as well.

		<description>Well, only 4 and 6 are even indexed by Google so far. If you use &#039;keyword site:url&#039; you do see those two URLs are there. For a keyword query, Google is showing both URLs except that the second one has been added to the ommitted results. If you click the link to repeat the search with the ommitted results, you do see #4 and #6.
